All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Promotional offers such as free shipping on qualifying orders may be available.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in secure, discreet packaging to ensure privacy and product integrity.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Ascendrix Biolabs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.

8. Shipping Restrictions
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordered products comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. We reserve the right to cancel orders to restricted locations at our discretion.

9. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
